This policy explains how Simeon Pashley handles information sent through Pashley.org and information used to operate and protect the site.

Information you send us

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, message, and any company name you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and keep a record of the conversation where needed.

Contact form submissions are sent through Resend for email delivery. The form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions are made by people rather than automated abuse. Cloudflare receives the information needed to perform that check.

Cookieless analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate site usage, such as page views, referrers, device information, and approximate location. Vercel describes this measurement as anonymous and cookieless; the site does not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers.

How long we keep information

We keep contact enquiries only for as long as needed to respond, maintain relevant business records, and meet legal or security requirements. Vercel, Cloudflare, and Resend may apply their own retention periods to the data they process. Their current privacy notices explain those periods.

Your rights

Depending on where you live and the circumstances of the processing, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to its use. To exercise a right or ask a question, email info@pashley.org.

You may also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office.
